HOW AND WHERE CAN I MAKE MY MONTHLY RENT PAYMENT?
We want to make it easy and convenient for our tenants to pay their monthly rent.  We are happy to offer a variety of payment methods.  
Our preferred method of payment is for our tenants to set up a monthly automatic ACH payment though the Resident Portal.  Just sign in to your personal Resident Portal to schedule your payment on the date that is convenient for you and never miss a rent payment again.

DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE I CAN VISIT?
Unfortunately we do not have a physical office to meet tenants at.  We offer the convenience of a drop box for any forms or payments that you need to deliver at 135 North Franklin Street, Cochranton.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?
Updates to your mailing address, phone number and email address can be made by logging into your Resident Portal.  You can also notify Trinity Real Estate of Contact Information Changes by sending an email to trinityreh@gmail.com or text to 814-425-7597
